For one of my clients, a large and famous Belgian company active in the FMCG sector, I am currently looking for a SAP FI/CO Analyst.


Function:  In collaboration with the finance department:

-    You analyze and define business needs
-    You provide solutions to day-to-day problems
-    You ensure the good coordination with the IT Europe team
-    You are responsible for the further implementations and developments


Profile:

-    You have a degree in finance
-    You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP FI/CO
-    You speaks French and/or Dutch

Your role …
 
- Developing vision, strategy and objectives for the end-to-end IT processes
- collecting and analyzing the IT processes and the related data, in order to identify the needs
- defining and documenting the IT processes
- developing and implementing process improvement initiatives and ensure that these are adhered within the entire organization
- Coach our internal customers on process adherence: Assists managers, departmental heads and employees, and advises supports and motivates process working groups. Manages projects and change processes relating to IT processes and procedures. Distributes and presents new procedures to the management within their domain.
- Participate actively and contribute constructively to different projects
- monitoring the performance of the IT processes across the organisation, as well defining performance metrics for these processes
- Communication to all relevant stakeholders on initiative progress and process performance issues
- Being the central point in the team for HPSC related issues
- sharing the Best Practices from Belgium and incorporate the strong points from other parts of the organization in the Belgian processes

Job Description
Upon approval of MC, Product Management Information team is setting up a new product line and a new service offering on data management together with a partner i.e. Smartstream (STL).
The service consists of insourcing the data management of Euroclear clients by capturing the securities flows from Data Vendors, performing scrumbling and cleansing of securities data, and, feeding automatically cleansed data into client master databases.
This is a brand new business line for Euroclear. We are looking for a Product Manager who masters the data management business. The ideal profile would be someone with expertise in data management having work for data vendors, for soft houses offering cleansing, or in dedicated data management desks of large firms.
 
 
The candidate is responsible for developing this new product and the service offering. Responsibilities will include:
On the strategy side
  • Fine tuning the Euroclear strategy on data management
  •  Leveraging the partnership with STL

On the Product delivery side
  • Assessing current client pain points
  • Collecting client requirements
  •  Assessing high level feasibility together with STL
  • Defining jointly the service with STL
  • Supporting clients on-boarding process

The function requires developing and maintaining a strong client network and long term relationship with key market players.
The candidate must ensure a smooth relationship with STL and with Euroclear internal divisions.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • The successful candidate must have a strong expertise in Securities Data Management meaning on one hand good knowledge of securities reference data and corporate actions across all instruments and on the other, knowledge of cleansing process, handling of data vendors feeds, management of data master sets of banks and the management of errors handling of internal databases.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the main actors, competition landscape and revenues potential in the business.
  • You  have excellent Relationship Management Skills and a high level of autonomy
  • You have former Product Management experience
  • You are fluent in English
